The website has gone really well - so many contributions through the season, and I really felt that together we managed to create a very useful profile of the empire over one summer. Perhaps the weakest point was having one person collect and then republish each of your offerings. Not only was this very undemocratic, it was also unnecessary, and very unsmart, because the technology exists for all of us to post our own reports and pictures immediately, in a group weblog.
So here it is. Give it a go, just ping up a comment so that you see it come up here, and we'll know that we can all now just publish our smallest thoughts and musings on iris.
