Exposure

On Tuesday Brother Neil became the first person ever to micturate on an aberrant Purple Emperor.  This dark specimen may even have been a full ab. Iole (see his post Fabulous Fermyn Part 1, para 2).  The insect flew between Brother Neil's legs whilst he was adding extra solution to a shrimp paste bait he had just placed on the ride.  I did not witness any of this as I was attending the Rev. Prebendary's service at the other end of the wood at the time.

Afterwards, Brother Neil posed for the camera, as a reconstruction, to show where this fabulous insect must have flown -

Later that morning, Neil was well and truly 'trousered' -

Also, here is one of the natty little bikes on which Brother's Bill & Nigel were whizzing round Fermyn.  Note the bottle of shrimp paste bait and the brush for removing inappropriate material in order to obtain the perfect shot -

All this goes to show that when it comes to eccentricity Britain still has what it takes...

Absolutely Matthew. Bring on the Eccentric Olympics - we'll thrash those continental surrender monkeys. No contest.
