The traffic cone has lived at the Lady Wood Head T junction for several years (? since 2008 or even 07). During the mid morning period of Tues 24th July someone placed it in the middle of the ride. I threw it onto the verge around high noon. In 2009 I placed a large shrimp paste bait on it...
